Welcome to Burra Garden Supplies and Nursery, the largest combined garden supplies and nursery in South Gippsland, set on over 2 acres.

We are a local, family owned and run business that began as a brand new business venture in January 2002. Since it’s inception we have been fortunate enough to go from strength to strength, adding a full range nursery in 2012.

We now employ 11 staff members with combined many years of knowledge in the nursery, garden supplies and transport industry and there are various aspects to our business  that keeps us on our toes all year round.

We can help you out from turning the first sod on your brand new block of land, to planting your latest feature tree.

We hope we can tempt you with our selection of products, and invite you to call in, have a browse and say hello.

Adrian and Kelly Hughes.

Kindling and briquettes are also available.

We have 2 Truck and Trailer combinations (including a “quad dog”) that are available for rejuvenating farm tracks, hourly hire work, cartage contracting, plus delivering bulk products from our yard, or direct from the quarries we deal with.

We also have a 6 tonne truck available, and smaller 3 tonne truck for deliveries.

  • Pig Manure

Based in Corowa, NSW we truck out of the Rivalea Piggery between 8-10,000 tonnes of pig manure each year to our site. We then age it, screen to a friable consistency then send it all over the Eastern seaboard, and into NSW.
